PACKET PICKUP
Packet pickup will be the morning of the race starting at 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Race starts at 8:30 a.m. SHARP!
RACE COURSE
This is great single and double track off-road running experience.
4.5 Mile
- Parking Lot Start out the gravel entrance connector trail (Orange to Black) to the BMRR double track trail (Brown), Left On BMRR.
- Head out BMRR double track to the short Redding Shaft Mine Connector Trail (Yellow).
- Left up at Redding Shaft Mine onto the (Green) BMRR Trail and up the long hill double track road, passed the Electric Sub Station, rolling along the ridge to the Left Turn down the short single track (Red BMRR connector trail, passed the exposed old mine cave) to the (Blue) BMRR Trail.
- Right up (Blue) BMRR trail up and over down to the (Red) TCI Connector Trail.
- Left on Ike Maston single track Trail (Blue Trail under the zip line tour stations) crossing over the Ishkoda #13 Mine Trail and up the steps continuing on Ike Maston till you dead end and turn right on BMRR Trail (Brown) down to the Eureka Mines Trail (Orange), Back to The Parking Lot to the 4.5 Mile Finish.

LAP 1
- Parking Lot Start out the gravel entrance connector trail (Orange to Black) to the BMRR double track trail (Brown), Left On BMRR.

- Left up at Redding Shaft Mine onto the (Green) BMRR Trail and up the long hill double track road, passed the Electric Sub Station, rolling along the ridge to the Left Turn down the short single track (Red BMRR connector trail, passed the exposed old mine cave) to the (Blue) BMRR Trail.
- Right up (Blue) BMRR trail up and over down to the (Red) TCI Connector Trail.
- Left on Ike Maston single track Trail (Blue Trail under the zip line tour stations) crossing over the Ishkoda #13 Mine Trail and up the steps continuing on Ike Maston till you dead end and turn right on BMRR Trail (Brown) down to the Eureka Mines Trail (Orange).
Lap 2 (9.0 Milers)
- Instead of heading back to the parking lot off the Orange trail, turn Right again on the (Black) BMRR gravel Connector Trail back to the (Brown) BMRR Trail. (Left On BMRR). Head back out to the Redding Shaft Mine Connector Trail (Yellow).
- Right on Ike Maston Trail (Blue) and straight across the park continuing up and down on Ike Maston single track crossing the Smyth Trail, 2 Service Roads, across the TCI Connector (under the zip line tour stations agains), all the way back to the dead end again at the (Brown) BMRR Trail.
- Right again down BMRR back down to the Eureka Mines single track Trail (Orange), and Back to The Parking Lot for the 9.0 Mile Finish.
RACE CATEGORIES
Dirty Spokes will be handing out medals and prizes to our overall top 3 male and female finishers for each race. We will also be handing out medals to our top 3 male and female finishers in each age group (14&U, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70&U) – you must be present to receive your medal we will not mail them to you.
AWARDS
Awards will be given out when we have enough finishers in to fill the categories. Medals will be given out to the top three finishers in each category. Walkers are encouraged to participate; however, you should be able to complete the 4.5/9.0 Mi at a 16 minute mile pace or under to receive an official time.
